EEL Credit Card Payment Gateway
EEL can be used to electronically accept mail-order and telephone order transactions, subscriptions, or for any system that requires recurring credit card transactions such as bill payments from merchants.Merchants can connect to EEL via dialup, VPN or leased lines using our client connectivity tools. The EEL server will reside in the financial institution.
The merchant can effectively submit credit card transactions in batches or individually to the bank. Additional advantages of this system include reduced costs for the merchant because the merchant no longer needs to purchase additional terminals. It also automates the keying in of credit card transactions, reducing data entry errors and manual costs.
EEL also provides a powerful automated solution in a card absence environment for merchants. EEL allows acquiring banks to add value to their merchant services for large customers such as insurance, mail-order, and direct marketing companies.
CRANE B2B XML Gateway
Provided B2B XML Gateway for new application submission for CCRIS (Central Credit Reference Information System). Enabled our customer to be the first first bank to fulfill Bank Negara’s requirement for submission of all card applications to Bank Negara Malaysia's (BNM) Credit Account Database.
CRANE automatically submits credit card application information to update BNM’s Credit Account Database via the web using XML, automating a tedious manual process. This saves time and reduces data entry error.
New application information is automatically transmitted to BNM as well as the final status of the application outcome. You only need to enter the customer information once through your Host application and the system will update BNM as well as help track any changes in status of the application.
TIGER Credit Card Fraud Detection System
This is a fraud detection system for detecting credit card fraud in real-time. This allows the financial institution to monitor and identify credit card fraud, leading to large cost savings for the merchant and bank. The system is also able to provide an assessment of points-of-compromise by analyzing past fraudulent transactions.
Tiger has a card hot-list manager, which allows the officer to keep track of potentially compromised cards and we provide analysis and alerting tools to stop and prevent fraud.Card history and merchant history is stored in a high speed data mart internally to allow for further analysis.
Fraud patterns can be viewed in multiple dimensions and reports generated for further action.
EASYPAY
Bill Presentment System for financial institutions.
This system provides for automated credit card payment between a financial institution and a merchant (such as a telecommunications or insurance company) for the cardholders bills. The system is able to import and export in multiple formats, including XML, text and tape media. Billing information is converted to the import format, which could be ISO 8583 using EEL for credit card transaction processing. The processed transaction output are then converted back to the merchant's format for proper update to the merchant. The system also prints the letter to the customer for successful enrolment to the service automatically. |
